SKAL INDUCTION NIGHT

New Skal International Congress

Members of Skal International KZN Midlands inducted Frank Mchunu as Club President and Alison Kelly as Vice-President at a function held at Redlands Hotel, Pietermaritzburg in April. Frank joined Skal in 2004 and for the past 10 years has been the manager of the Zulu Mpophomeni Tourism Experience (ZMTE). An information office, craft centre and activity stage is nearing completion 13 km from Howick to add value to a popular township-based cultural tourism experience. The ZMTE offers B&B home-stays, traditional food, Zulu dancers and story-tellers, a fortune-teller, and crafted work in leather, clay, cloth and wood.
